I founded Rapid Reviews in late 2023 after my Father received a one star review on Google from someone who was not even a customer. He text me and asked what he could do about it. My answer was to gain more reviews from actual customers, his response was I ask every customer after a job to leave me a review. I knew there must be a better way to capture Google reviews. I set about researching the best way to convert happy customers into positive reviews, using my 10 years experience in website design and ecommerce, I created Rapid Reviews.
