In 2023 my Dad was upset, someone had left him a one star review on Google. The review was completely irrelevant and asked me what he could do about it. I told him he needs to start getting reviews from every single customer to protect his online reputation. He told me always asks his customers to leave him a review, they always say they will and never did. I spent 3 months looking for the best solution for my Dad's small business.
